Your excellent holiday villa is ready in Marmaris for daily weekly rent.
Our villa is located in the Marmaris Armutalan villas area and appeals to big and crowded families because of its secluded pool and vast internal structure. Our home is within walking distance of everything. It's close to corporate markets, the town centre, Datça, Selimiye, Bozburun, Kizkumu beach road.
The villa has four bedrooms three bathrooms (two of which are for parents) with a private pool and garden on three levels
Bedrooms:
1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bathroom, two-seater sofas, balcony (1st floor)
2. Bedroom: 1 double bed, one single bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bathroom, balcony (1st floor)
3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, one single bed, one double sofa, air conditioning, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, balcony (2nd floor)
4. Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, chest of drawers, balcony (2nd floor)
Bathroom: There are three bathrooms (2 en-suite) + 1 WC, washing machine.
Living Room: On the ground floor, there is one double sofa, two single sofas, dining table and armchairs, TV, satellite broadcast, coffee table, mosquito net, fireplace, balcony (poolside can be exited) in the living room on the ground floor.
Kitchen: In the entrance kitchen, there is a kitchen cabinet, washing machine, oven, oven with hob, water dispenser, cooker, hood, water dispenser, dinner set, dining table, + sets.
Pool: In a special bathtub measuring 400 cm x 800 cm x 160 cm.
Garden: In our garden, there are sitting groups (2 single sofas, one double sofa, centre table), table and chairs.
Damage deposit: 100 GBP deposit is required at arrival. If no work is done on the villa for example, if a vehicle were broken or abandoned, a deposit would be taken upon delivery to cover any costs.
Water and electricity (250 kW per week) are included in the price. If the electricity consumption is exceeded, it is charged.
Check-in to our villa is at 16.00 - check-out is at 10.00.
